AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING CHAPTER
17.63 OF BOROUGH CODE ON CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
fiSECTION 1: That Chapter 17.63 of Borough Code on Certificates of Occupancy is
jrepealed and reenacted to read as follows:

Issuance following zoning
Sectioh 17.63.010 Purpose. It is the purpose of this Chapter to provide
han authorized method of notifYing and
changes
persons affected by land use district property
of the yzoningydistricttstatus
Hof real property, on specific dates.
Section 17.63.020 Certificate of Zoning. The Certificate of Zoning shall
state the zoning of a specified parcel of land on the date of its issuance and
have attached a complete description of the land use district regulations which
apply.
Section 17.63.030 Issuing Authority. The Certificate of Zoning shall be
issued by the Community Development Department.
Section 17.63.040 Issuance Upon Request. The Community Development
Department shall provide, upon request, a Certificate of zoning to any property
,l owner.
Section 17.63.050 Issuance following zoning changes. The Community
Development Department shall provide a certificate of zoning to each property
owner affected by a zoning change.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and
adoption.
