TITLES ORDINANCE
PROVIDING AN
DATE.
WHEREAS, the fiscal year 1984 budget preparation process is now
underway and the Cost of Living Increase is one of the variables that needs to
be determined prior to budget completion, and
WHEREAS, the Schedule of Pay Ranges for Forty Hour work Week by
various pay grades in the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Rules and Regulations
is hereby amended to provide a $500.00 Cost of Living Increase in each
range for all employees, and
WHEREAS, the provisions of this ordinance and all benefits hereby
created shall be effective from July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that subject COLA increase of $500.00 be implemented at the effective
date upon passage of this ordinance.
