ORDINANCE NO. 83 -9 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO
CERTAIN FIXED SUMS OF MONEY FOR THE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION APPROPRIATE
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Assembly and staff to incur the
!!minimum debt necessary to accomplish the Junior High School renovation project,

WHEREAS, certain monies are now available in the General Fund and in
other capital construction projects, and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 83 -4-0 it is deemed necessary and appropriate
to incur debt for a portion of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following specific amounts of
are appropriated for the Junior High School renovation:
General Fund:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that staff is authorized and directed to effect
I the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by project
to properly monitor, or, account and report for the expenditures of these funds.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances found to be in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby explicitly rescinded.
