AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING CERTAIN LANDS
, ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF PORT LIONS FROM C- CONSERVATION TO W- WATERSHED.
1 The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
,SECTION 1: That the following described lands are zoned from C- Conservation
11 to W- Watershed:
Section 6, Township 27 South, Range 22 West, Seward Meridian;
Sections 1, 2, 3, & 10, Township 27 South, Range 23 West, Seward
Meridian;
Section 36, Township 26 South, Range 23 West, Seward Meridian;
Sections 30 & 31, Township 26 South, Range 22 West, Seward
Meridian; and
That portion of Sections 29 and 32, Township 26 South, Range 22
West, Seward Meridian, from the West line of said sections to a
continuous line 500 feet East of Branch Water Creek; an area of
5,080 acres ±.
SECTION 2: That the zoning map entitled Port Lions Zoning Map, 2/83 is
the Official Zoning Map for the City of Port Lions and all previous versions
of said map are superseded.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
1 passage and adoption.
