ORDINANCE NO. 83 -5 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING
PORTIONS OF CHAPTER 17.21 OF BOROUGH CODE ON B- BUSINESS DISTRICTS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
SECTION 1: That Section 17.21.020, Subsection C, is amended to read as
follows:
C. Apartments;
SECTION 2: That Section 17.21.020, Subsection S, is amended to read as
follows:
S. Mini - Warehouses;
SECTION 3: That Section 17.21.020, Subsections entitled Motels through
Theatres are re alphabetized T through CC.
SECTION 4: That Section 17.21.030, Conditional Uses, is amended to read as

Us s. may be allowed by ordance and
provisions of Chapter 17.67:
A. Churches;
B. Hospitals;
C. Recreational Vehicle Parks;
D. Residences; and
E. Warehouses.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
