1983-02 Updating Title 3 of the KIB Code to Include Periodic Review of Fees for ServiceAN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY UPDATING TITLE 3
OF THE BOROUGH CODE TO INCLUDE PERIODIC REVIEW OF FEES FOR SERVICES.
WHEREAS, fees for services periodically have to be established for new
services performed by the Borough and /or have to be updated to be in line with
he cost of such services, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Assembly and staff to annually revise:
such fees by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that Title 3 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code be updated as follows:

3.04.065 Review of Service Fees. Not less than on the beginning of
;;every calendar year, the Director of Finance shall prepare a list of all fees
for services charged by the various departments of Borough Government. The list,
,l shall be submitted to the departments involved for carments concerning the fees
and a recommendati m as to whether or not the fee or fees should be raised,
'lowered, or remain the same. The Director of Finance shall submit a report of
