1983-01 Revising the Provisions of Title 13 of the Kodiak Island Code Pertaining to MetersAN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH REVISING THE 1 PROVISIONS OF TITLE 13 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE PERTAINING TO METERS. WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borou Assembl Ordinance No. Borough Y adopted 82 -3 -0 establishing the policy for water and sewer activities, and WHEREAS, certain changes are needed to clarify the operation of the water and sewer systems.
