ORDINANCE NO. 82 -47 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING THE
APPLICATION FEES IN TITLE 17 FOR LAND USE CHANGES.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains:
Section 1. That Chapter 17.04 of Borough Code is enacted to read as
follows:
CHAPTER 17.04
FEES
Section:
17.04.010 Fees.
17.04.010 Fees. A part of the costs for maps, legal publications, notices to
affected property owners, and other administrative expenses involved in
processing land use change applications shall be covered by a fee made payable
to the Kodiak Island Borough. The following fees apply:
A. Conditional Use Permit $50.00
B. Contract Zoning $50.00
C. Exception $50.00
D. Variance $50.00
E. Zoning Change $50.00
Section 2. That Section 17.66.060 of Borough Code is amended to read as
follows:
17.66.060 Appeals from Zoning Bu4 ding Official.
A. The following decisions of the zoning bui }ding official are subject to
appeal to the planning commission:
1. The denial of a building permit based on a lack of zoning compliance;
2. The issuance of an order under Section 17.75.O10A.
B. A decision described in subsection A of this section is final unless
appealed to the planning commission within ten days of the mailing of
notice of the decision. An appeal is commenced by filing with the
Community Development Department e.erk a written notice of appeal,
specifically stating the reason for the appeal and the relief sought. aRA

C. An appeal under this section may be brought by any person aggrieved by the
decision appealed or any government agency.

Section 3. That Section 17.72.100 of Borough code, as follows, is
repealed:

Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
