ORDINANCE NO. 82 -37 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING
NTEREST EARNINGS FOR PROJECTS AND OTHER USE.
WHEREAS, due to the unusual market condition of the past year a far
reater amount of investment earnings was realized than could reasonably be
rojected, and
WHEREAS, there is always a need for these additional monies for debt
ervice requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that these monies be appropriated,
s follows:

Appropriations for all funds and activities previously approved and

this ordinance are hereby expressly rescinded.
