AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 19, 20, 23, 24, and 25, BLOCK 2, ALLMAN
ADDITION, CITY OF KODIAK, FROM R -1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO B- BUSINESS.
SECTION 1: That Lots 19, 20, 23, 24 and 25, Block 2, Allman Addition, City
of Kodiak, are hereby rezoned from R -1 Single Family Residential to B- Business
and shall be so designated on the Official Zoning Map.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and
adoption.
