AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AMENDING
TITLE 15 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE PERTAINING TO SANITARY
FACILITIES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
Section 1. Section 15.08 is hereby amended by adding
Section 15.08.040 to Title 15 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code,
1 as follows:
Section 15.08.040. Sanitation Facilities. Section
1205(b) of the Uniform Building Code (1979 Edition) is
amended by adding the following at the end of this section:
"Dwellings erected outside the areas emcompassed by Kodiak
Island Borough Official Zoning Maps No. 2 (Kodiak Urban
Area) and No. 3 (Bells Flats and Russian Creek Alaska
Subdivisions) on lands zoned 'Conservation' are exempted
from the provisions of this section."
