ORDINANCE NO. 82 -6 -0
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SCHEDULES RELATING TO PAY RANGES AND CLASS
TITLES FOR EMPLOYEES OF KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Schedule I of the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Rules
and Regulations, entitled "Schedule of Pay Ranges for 40 -Hour Work Week in
Monthly and Hourly Amounts ", is hereby amended to provide a 5.4
cost -of- living increase in each range for all employees, and percent
WHEREAS, the fiscal
Year 1983 budget preparation process is now
being accomplished and this item is one of the variables that needs to be
determined prior to budget formulation, and
WHEREAS, the
provisions of this ordinance of all benefits hereby
created shall be effective from July 1, 1982 through June 30, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that subject pay raises be implemented
at effective date upon passage of this ordinance.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly on this
4th day of March , 1982.
