AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS, SECTION 503.
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly, in keeping with its personnel
;,policy, recognizes the Personnel Rules and Regulations must be amended from
time to time in order to keep the Personnel Rules and Regulations current and
consistent with sound administrative practices.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly, that
Section 503. The following be added after the last sentence:
The procedure for job announcements and publicity as found
under this Section 503 shall be considered the normal
procedure unless in the Borough Manager's opinion special
circumstances exist where all time restraints mentioned
above may be waived.
