AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN FROM PUBLIC AND OPEN SPACE TO MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1: The Comprehensive Land Use Plan affecting Lots 10 -15,
Block 3, and Lots 14 -17, Block 2, Russell Estates, Second Addition is hereby
amended from Public and Open Space to Medium Density Residential.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of November , 1980.
