AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING CERTAIN
'.ANDS WITHIN THE BOROUGH FROM R -3 TO R -2.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1: Lots 1 -3 and 8 -10, Block 6, and Lots 1 -7 and 9 -17.
Block 8, Leite Addition are hereby rezoned from R -3 to R -2.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of December, 1980.
