AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN FROM HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1: The Comprehensive Land Use Plan affecting Lots 1 -3 and
8 -10, Block 6, and Lots 1 -7 and 9 -17, Block 8, Leite Addition is hereby
amended from High Density Residential to Medium Density Residential.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of December, 1980.
