BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
SECTION 1: The Kodiak Island Borough Comprehensive Land Use Plan effecting
lots 43 through 53, (inclusive), block 12, Aleutian Homes
Subdivision are hereby reclassified from medium density
residential to business.
