ORDINANCE NO. 80 -35 -0
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has been appropriated a
grant from the Legislature of the State of Alaska in Ch. 50 SLA 80
and is governed by AS 37.05.315 in the amount of $43,000.00 for
!hospital equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough does indeed accept this
grant from the State of Alaska, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Kodiak Island
Borough does accept the grant and its conditions as per the agree -
4 ment from the State of Alaska, Department of Administration.
