CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE RUSSIAN CREEK ALASKA SUBDIVISIONS FROM B5SINESS TO
INDUSTRIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Kodiak Island Borough Assepfbly that:
Section 1: Proposed lots 16 through 27 are hereby rezoned/ from business
to industrial as depicted on the preliminary plat titled
"Proposed subdivisions Russian Creek Alaska Subdivision
Tracts A, B, C, G, H, I, J and A.S.L.S. 72 -11" sheet no. 1,
prepared by Mr. Roy A. Ecklund, R.L.$., for the Kodiak
Island Borough and dated April 5, 1980.
