ORDINANCE NO. 80 -14 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING CERTAIN
NOS WITHIN THE BOROUGH FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO INDUSTRIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1: The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby rezones those lands
described in Section 2 of this Ordinance from unclassified and
service /recreational to industrial.
Section 2: Beginning at corner 8 of U.S. Survey 3467, Supplemental Plat dated
September 8, 1967, identical with corner 3, of U.S. Survey 3466,
Thence; East a distance of 627.00 feet to corner 9 of U.S. Survey
3467, identical with corner 2 of U.S. Survey 3466, which is the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,
Thence; N 38 29' 00" E a distance of 1242.78 feet to corner 10 of
U.S. Survey 3466, which falls on the common boundary between U.S.
Survey 3467 and U.S. Survey 3465,
Thence; S 66 06' 00" E a distance of 443.19 feet along the common
boundary between U.S. Survey 3467 and U.S. Survey 3465, to corner 11
of U.S. Survey 3467, identical with corner 1 of U.S. Survey 3465,
which falls on the common boundary between U.S. Survey 3467 and U.S.
Survey 3218,
Thence; S 0° 07' 00" W a distance of 1027.42 feet along the common
