AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING CERTAIN
LANDS WITHIN THE BOROUGH FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO BUSINESS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1: Lots 20, 21, and 22 U.S. Survey 3098 are hereby rezoned from
unclassified to business.
