AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING CERTAIN
LANDS WITHIN THE BOROUGH FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO BUSINESS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1 : Lots 17A, 17B, 18, and 19 U.S. Survey 3098 are hereby rezoned from
unclassified to business.
