AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND PUBLIC AND OPEN
SPACE TO BUSINESS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that:
Section 1 : The Comprehensive Land Use Plan effecting lots 17A, 17B, 18, 19
and 20, U.S. Survey 3098 is hereby amended from medium density
residential to business.
Section 2: The Comprehensive Land Use Plan effecting lots 21 and 22, U.S.
Survey 3098 is hereby amended from public and opens space to busines
