AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY APMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN AND RECLASSIFYING THE LANDS ON NEAR ISLAND, GULL IS-
LAND AND USKI ISL.AND.
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1980, the City of Kodia
