waELY 46 ACRES± WITHIN USS 2539 FROM CONSERVATION TO INDUSTRIAL. (Konaig, Inc)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE KDOIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT: / /
Section 1. A 46 acres± parcel located within USS 2539 more fully
described in Section 2 of this ordinance is hereby re-
zoned from Conservation to Industrial.
Section 2. The Koniag Regional Native Corporation has received
an interum conveyence for the following described
property:
