AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING
'SECTION 36 OF TITLE 2 KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
R DLATING TO THE DELETION OF MONASHKA BAY FROM THE MONASHKA - MILL
ga y SERVICE AREA AND CHANGING THE TITLE OF THE SERVICE AREA TO
,3EAD SPRUCE CAPE - ISLAND LAKE SERVICE AREA.
WHEREAS, the residents of Monashka Bay are not beneficiary
of services in the service area known as Mill Bay - Monashka
'Service Area and are not desireous of service, and
WHEREAS, the title of the service area is confusing in the
'fact that it does not address the area with services that it
e ncompasses by name, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that Section 2.36.020 read as
follows by substitution:
ATTES
2.36.020 Spruce Cape - Island Lake Service Area
The Spruce Cape -\s land Lake Service Area is created
pursuant to Alasa Statutes 29.63.090 consisting of
and encompassing, the following area,
Use 2.36.30 for describing the boundaries.

AND THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the title "Mill
Bay - Monashka Service Area" be substituted by the words "Spruce
Cape - Island Lak Service Area" where it appears in Section
2 .36.020; Sectiot'2.36.030.
