AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ADOPTING THE
GONPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PORT LIONS AND REZONING CERTAIN
(ANDS WITHIN THE CITY CONSISTENT WITH THE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly as Dart of the Com-
prehensive Plan preparation requested Land Use Sketch Plans be prepared for each .

WHEREAS, in order to accomodate Planned Economic Development
within the city of Port Lions the Borough Assembly finds it appropriate to im-
plement the Port Lions Land Use Sketch Plan and to rezone certain lands within
the city consistent with the plan.
