AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ADOPTING THE COMPRE-
�FSIVE LAND USE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF OLD HARBOR AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES
p[1HIN THE CITY CONSISTENT WITH THE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly as part of the Com-
prehensive Plan preparation requested land use sketch plans be prepared for each
o f the Borough rural city communitities. And,
WHEREAS, in order to accomodate Planned Economic Development
within the city of Old Harbor, the Borough Assembly find it appropriate to im-
p 1enent the Old Harbor Land Use Plan and to rezone certain land within the city
consistent with the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Section 1. The city of Old Harbor Land Use Sketch Plan is
hereby adopted.
Section 2. The following described properties are hereby
rezoned from R -1, single- family residential to industrial:
An area in the S.W. portion of U.S.S. No. 474,
extending to a depth of 250 feet south and below
of Three Saints Avenue extended.
The remaining portion of U.S.S. No. 474 from R -1 to
Service and Recreation.
Lots 1 through 6 inclusive - Block 6 of U.S.S. 4793 from R -1 to
Business.
Lots 1 and 2, Block 10 of U.S.S. 4793 from R -1 to Business.
Tracts lA and 18 of U.S.S. 4793 from R -1 to Service and Recrea-
tion.
Tract C of U.S.S. 4793 from R -1 to Service and Recreation.
That portion of Tract B USS 4793, lying within 200 feet of
Three Saints Avenue Extension, north east of Block 1, Tract 18
adjacent to the road from R -1 to Business.
