BE IT ORDAINED BY THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY:
Section 1. The attached class titles and job
descriptions covering positions in
the Kodiak Island Mental Health Center
are added to the Kodiak Island Borough
system of class titles and job descriptions.
Section 2. For administrative purposes, an employee
currently holding a position with the
Kodiak Island Mental Health Center shall
be assigned the range and step in the
Borough pay plan which provides a rate of
pay nearest to, but not less than, the
employee's current rate of pay.
Section 3. All costs associated with the participation
of Kodiak Island Borough Health Center
employees in the Alaska Public Employees
Retirement System and the medical insurance
plan of the Borough shall be borne by the
annual budget of the Kodiak Island Mental
Health Center and the Kodiak Island "Sental
Center employees.
