AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AMENDING TITLE SIXTEEN (16)
��E OKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES ADOPTING NEW LAND SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Title 29 Alaska State
��tutes Chapter 33, Article 4, Subsection 29.33.080 (b) (3), the Kodiak
;nand Borough has adopted regulations governing the subdivision of land, and;
WHEREAS, as a part of developing a New Regional Comprehensive Plan for
i 8orough,the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed and recommended
land subdivisions regulations to replace those presently embodied in
16 of the Borough Code of Ordinances, and;
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly has had an opportuntiy to review the
;roposed regulations presented by the Commission and supports their recommend -
eions for revisions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that
SECTION I. Title 16 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances is
repealed and reenacted to consist of the attached Draft
Subdivision Regulations prepared and recommended by the
Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission,
dated February 1, 1979.
