Title 18 of the Kodiak Island Borough of Ordinances is amended by adding a new chapter to read. Section 2 - No person may park or camp upon, or otherwise occupy, borough owned land for a period in excess of three (3) consecutive days without first securing a permit from the borough director of planning and community development. The permit may be issued upon provision by the applicant of the following information: 1. the name, address and driver's license number f each person making application 2. the lic se number of any vehicle to be park.0 upon the borough land. 3. the r ested duration of the Permit (less han thirty (30) days). 4. the i tended location or locations wher the permit is to be exercised.
