AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PERSONNEL RULES
AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD
WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Section 203 of Ordinance 77-31-0 iden-
tifies the duties and the manner in which the Personnel Board will
carry out its duties, and
WHEREAS, the Board in evaluating the procedures set forth
in Section 203 deem it appropriate to amend Section 203 (1) ( ) for the
purpose of expediting scheduling of work sessions and /or special
meetings,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT'ORDAINED by the Assembly of Kodiak
Island Borough as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 2, Section 203(1) is amended to read:
Work sessions or special meetings may
be called by either the chairman or
two (2) members of the Personnel Board,
giving Borough employees at least
two (2) working days notice prior to
the meeting.
