AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH COMPREHENSIVE LAND
WHEREAS, In the course of orderly development of lands within the
Boro ugh the Borough Assembly finds it necessary to amend the Comprehensive Land
use Plan,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly, that
SECTION 1. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan classification effecting Lots
12 through 18, Block 2 and Lots 9 through 16, Block 3, Allman Addition, is
hereby reclassified from Public and open space to Business.
SECTION 2. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan classification effecting
' Lots 9 through 14, Block 1, Allman Addition is hereby reclassfied from density
residential to Business.
