AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION OF REGULATORY
QUA SI - JUDICIAL BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ORDINANCE NUMBER 78 -23 -0
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Assembly of the Kodiak Island
follows:
Compensation for Regulatory Quasi - Judicial Boards and
Members of regulatory and quasi - judicial boards and
commissions shall receive compensation in the amount
of $50.00 per regular sassion attended.
Regulatory and quasi - judicial boards and commissions
include the planning and zoning commission, the personnel
review board, the board of equalization, and such others
as the Assembly may designate by ordinance.
