AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PROHIBITIONS ON SALE OF INTOXI-
CATING BEVERAGES ON ELECTION DAY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island
30rough as follows:
section Section 2.04.210 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code
is repealed.
Section 2. Pursuant to AS O4.15.020(g), the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly determines that the provisions of
AS 04.15.020(c) do not apply in the Kodiak Island
Borough.
