AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 15 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF
ORDINANCES BY ESTABLISHING A SUB- SECTION 15.08.020, FEE SCHEDULE FOR STRUCTURES
IN OCCUPANCY GROUPS I AND J.
WHEREAS, The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly finds it necessary to
amend the fee schedule set forth in Section 303 (A) Table 3A of the 1973
edition of the Uniform Building Code, in order to more accurately establish
a fee for the inspection and review of plans for buildings in occupancy
groups I & J.
THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section I
The fee schedule set forth in Table 3 -A is hereby amended by
addition of a new sentence to be added immediately below the
table to read:
The building permit fee for buildings in occupancy groups
I & J shall be 7.532 cents per square foot.
