AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE MILL BAY - MONASHKA
SERVICE AREA
BE IT ORDAINED by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island
Borough as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2.36 is hereby amended by adding
a new section to read as follows:
2.36.020 Mill Bay - Monashka service area. The Mill
Bay- Monashka service area is hereby created pursuant to A.S. 29.
63.090, consisting of and encompassing the following area:
All lands surveyed and unsurveyed that are
part of the Kodiak Island mainland lying
within protracted sections 15, 16, 17, 19
through 23, 27 through 30, and 33, Town-
ship 27 south, Range 19 west, Seward
Meridian, exclusing those lands located
within the City of Kodiak corporate
boundary as existing on November 1, 1977.
