ORDINANCE NUMBER 77 - -
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LANDS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF PORT LIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Lions has prepared a comprehensive rezoning
plan for the City establishing specific land use classifications consistent
with existing and projected development within the City, and
WHEREAS', the proposed zoning plan is consistent with the City's adopted
comprehensive plan and previously approved Interim Zoning Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island
Borough.
SECTION 1 That all lands within the corporate limits of the City of
Port Lions are hereby rezoned from R -1 to R -2, R -3, Business, Industrial,
Conservation, and Service Recreation as they appear on the zoning map
designated Port Lions Zoning Map.
