AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 12 OF TITLE 2 OF THE
',R DULATIONS I AND POLICY,
CHAPTER 12 TO INCORPORATE A NEW SET
oF PERSONNEL RE
is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
2.12.010 Personnel Rules and Regulations. The Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Personnel Rules and Regulations, 1977
Edition, is adopted as the personnel code of the Borough for
regulating the position classification, salary administration,
recruitment, selection, rating, leave time allocation, termination,'
separation, grievance procedure and all other matters, whether
substantive or procedural, relating to all non - elected Borough
employees and the terms of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Personnel Rules and Regulations, 1977 Edition, are adopted and
made a part of this chapter as though set forth in full.
