AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND REZONING
CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE BOROUGH FROM R -1 AND R -2 TO R -3.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Assembly of the Kodiak Island
SECTION 1 That the following described properties are hereby
rezoned from R -1 or R -2 to R -3:
Lots 35 through 53, Block 12, and Lots 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 22, 23, and 26, Block 13, Aleutian Homes Subdivision.
