ORDINANCE NUMBER 77-7-0
AN ORDINE EMPLOYEES UOFSKODIAKI PISLANDBOROUGH
RANGES AND CLA
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Schedule I of the compensation ordinance of the
Borough of Kodiak entitled "Schedule of Pay
Ranges for 40 -hour
Work Week in Monthly and Hourly Arounts ", is hereby amended to
provide a 7.5 percent cost of living increase in each range for
all employees, and
WHEREAS, the provisions of this ordinance of all benefits
hereby created shall be retroactive to and commence from
January 1, 1977,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that subject pay raises be
implemented upon passage of this ordinance.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
on this 7th day of
April 1977.
