KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ORDINANCE NUMBER 77 -6 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO
ADOPT THE ZONING OFFICIAL PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE 2.26
AND TITLE 17 OF THE BOROUGH CODE.
WHEREAS, the Assembly members of Kodiak Island Borough
have determined that it is in the best interest of Kodiak Island
Borough to adopt and implement a Zoning Official title within
the Planning Department, and,
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough adopt the Zoning
Official plan whereby a hired Zoning Official shall be the
administrator of the zoning code within the city and borough,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Title 2 of the Borough
Code is hereby amended by adding a new section to read Section
2.26.020 (6) creating a position of Zoning Official to administer
the sections in accordance with the code.
