AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY MAKING
SUPPLEMENTAL TRANSFERS OF CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE
1976/77 BUDGET SETTING FORTH UNANTICIPATED REVENUES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly of
the Kodiak Island Borough, State of Alaska, that Ordinance No.
76 -15 -0, the appropriation and tax levy or budget ordinance, be
and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1:
The following expenditures are in addition to those
anticipated at the beginning of the budget year. Further
revenues are transferred from the Land Sales Restricted Fund
to the Planning Department for a Zoning Official.
146.10 Zoning Official $10,000.00
Section 2:
That these supplemental appropriations and transfers of
appropriations are done in accordance with Section 29.48.190 (c)
Alaska Statutes and that this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval as required
by law.
