ORDINANCE MODIFYING THE MINIMUM LOT YARD
FOR UNCLASSIFIED ZONES.
IT ORDAINED BY THE KODIAK ISLAND BO OUGH:
'on 1. That Chapter 5, Sub -Chap r 2, Section 3
m difying subsections C, D and to provide
C. Lot Area. The minimum of area and lot
width for each one - family dwel ng shall be as follows:
1 If.water and se er service are not
availah a on request f m a certificated public
utility municipal ystem, the minimum lot
area is 40 000 squa feet and the minimum lot
width shall be 120 feet.
2. If to service is available on request
from a certifi ted public utility or municipal
system, the m' um lot area is 20,000 square
feet and the minilum lot width is 100 feet.
3. I water �ervice and sanitary sewer
service a e availabl e- on request from a certi-
ficated ublic utilit or municipal system, the
minim lot area is 10,000 square feet and the
mini. lot width is 80 est.
D. Front Yard. There sh 11 be a front yard of
not le than 50 feet if the mi mum lot area is
40,00 square feet and not less t an 25 feet for lots
of aller permitted minimum areas.
E. Side Yard. There shall be side yard
not less than 10 feet if the minim lot area

minimum side yard on the street side of a coner lot
shall be 25 feet.
* Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on its
passage and approval as required by law.
