ORDINANCE NO. 73 -23 -0
AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING BEAUTY SHOPS IN R -2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH:
* Section 1. That Chapter 5, Sub - Chapter 2, Section 5,
Subsection A 2 is amended to read:
2. R -2, limited to one and two - family
dwellings and the following permitted uses:
a. All uses permitted under R -1.
b. Clinics and professional offices,
including beauty shops; provided that one
off - street parking space for each 250 square
feet of floor area, but not less than 5
parking spaces, are provided.
* Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on its
passage and approval as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Borough Assembly of the
Kodiak Island Borough this 6 day of 1973.
