AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING CURRENT
11CODES ESTABLISHING STANDARDS REVISIONS OF UNIFORM
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND PROCEDURES
FOR REGULATING COMPLIANCE.
IBE IT ORDAINED BY the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly:
15 ' Section 1. That Section 2 of Sub- Chapter 5 of Chapter
of the Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions is amended
to read as follows:

! Section 2. PLUMBING CODE. The 1970 Edition of

1969, and as modified in this section, is hereby
adopted to regulate the installation, alteration,

of Dangerous Buildings is hereby adopted to regulate the
repair, vacation or demolition of buildings in the Borough
that enganger the life, limb, health, morals, property

occupants.
