AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH REPEALING THE
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AKHIOK RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by, the Borough Assembly of the Kodiak
Island Borough as follows:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 72 -10 -0, entitled "An
Ordinance of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Establishing a
Service Area to be known as the Akhiok Rural Fire Protection
District," is hereby repealed.
