ORDINANCE NUMBER 73 -11 -0.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 72 -13 -0 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE 1972/73
BUDGET BY ADDING THERETO A SECTION ENTITLED CAPITAL PROJECTS,
AND ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT FOR FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE
WHEREAS, at-the time the 1972/73 Budget was drafted and
approved certain information was not available to establish
the Capital Projects Account, and
WHEREAS, since that time the necessary information has
been received, and
WHEREAS, the Federal Government has since established
Federal Revenue Sharing for local governments,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following sections
shall be added to the Borough 1972/73 Budget and the same is
hereby amended to read:

IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED THAT, the Appropriated Expenditures
do not expire until the completion of the Capital Projects.
FURTHER ORDIANED THAT, the following new account is hereby
established to set forth receipt of Federal Revenue Sharing
money, and all funds will be placed in a trust fund until the
Borough Assembly has determined the priorities for expenditures.
Account No. 139 - Federal Revenue Sharing $23,377.00
Appropriated Sharing $23,377.00
This ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as required by law; a Public
Hearing will be held on this Ordinance seven (7) days after
publication of notice of the same has been given in the Kodiak
MIRROR, and on the date of the second reading thereof, and
shall be effective upon its passage.
