OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BORflUGEi CODE OF ORDINANOIS AND RESOLU'PICNS BY
ADDING, TO PROVIDE FOR PA)MM OF TAXES ANCMnM4G TO TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) OR LESS IN FULL AT THE TIME THE FIRST INSTALUAENT IS DUE.
BE IT 01M&INED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that
Chapter 3, Sub-Chapter 1, Section 4A of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code of Ordinanoes and Resolutions is hereby amended by adding
thereto as follows:
Taxes levied in the amount of Ten and no /100ths ($10.00)
dollars or less must be paid in full on the due date established
by the Borough Assembly as the due date of the first installment of
all taxes in a larger amount.
