AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, SUB- CHAPTER 3
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND
RESOLUTIONS BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 4 TO PROVIDE FOR
TRAILER PERMIT FEES

BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that Chapter 5, Sub- Chapter 3 of the Kodiak Island
Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 4 to read as
follows:
Section 4. TRAILER PERMIT FEES:
(A) The fee.for individual trailer permit
shall be TEN and No /100ths ($10.00) DOLLARS per year.
(B) The fee for trailer ark
p permits shall
be FIVE and No /100ths ($5.00) DOLLARS per unit for
original inspection in approved parks only. Expansion of
an approved court will require a FIVE and No /100ths ($5.00)
DOLLAR fee for each additional trailer. Replacement of
trailers will not be charged.
(C) All annual trailer permits expire December
it 31st of each year, and permits may be issued on a pro rata
basis for periods of less than one (1) year.
